MIEL came to the shelter following a foreclosure. Her former owner originally had a few goats and an uncastrated billy goat. He allowed the herd to grow considerably, reaching over 40 individuals in just a few years. Non-compliant fencing allowed the goats to escape and end up on the public highway.
MIEL is a gentle, reserved goat who takes her time approaching people. She is, however, curious, especially when it comes to food. MIEL deserves a home where she can feel safe and loved.
The animal must live with at least one other conspecific.
Adoption only possible with an "permit to keep animals".
