TURBULENCE came to our shelter with four other horses following a foreclosure. Their former owner had not provided them with sufficient care or food, and the fences on their property were in very poor condition, allowing the horses to escape regularly to forage in nearby fields. Despite several warnings, no improvements were made.
TURBULENCE is a very gentle mare with great strength. However, she needs to be treated gently and calmly if she is to feel confident. She gets on well with her herd mates, but can be protective. In spite of this, she always remains friendly and enjoys the company of other horses.
None of our horses may be ridden or used for commercial purposes.
The animal must live with at least one other conspecific.
Adoption only possible with an "permit to keep animals".
