PIMMS, a sweet, sensitive little heart looking for a loving home

Pimms is an adorable French Bulldog with a big heart, deeply attached to his humans. He’s very affectionate and loves getting attention, cuddles, and sharing tender moments with the people he knows and trusts. He’s a sociable, endearing, and good-natured dog who just wants to be loved.

His personality is marked by great sensitivity. Pimms is an emotional dog who can be easily startled by certain stressful situations: an unusual noise, a doorbell, or a raised voice can greatly upset him. At times like these, he needs to be reassured, held in your arms, and soothed with gentle strokes. For his well-being, he’ll therefore need a calm and stable environment, with patient and caring adopters.

In terms of daily life, Pimms is house-trained and knows how to ask to go outside by barking. He can be left alone for up to about 4 hours without any trouble. He adapts perfectly to apartment living and doesn’t need a yard. He also travels very well by car, where he remains calm and well-behaved throughout the trip.

With other dogs, Pimms tends to be quite enthusiastic: when on a leash, he may bark as he approaches them, but without aggression. Once off the leash, his only goal is to play! It’s not known how he gets along with cats.
Like many French Bulldogs, Pimms has physical limitations due to his build. Long walks aren’t suitable for him, as he gets out of breath quickly.
Special care will also be needed during hot weather.

The ideal home for Pimms:
? Calm, gentle, and reassuring people
? A peaceful environment, without excessive commotion
? A home ready to offer him plenty of affection and attention
? An apartment or house, with or without a yard
? Possibly respectful children, but preferably not very young ones, as Pimms is sturdy and may accidentally bump into them when he gets excited
Pimms is a loyal and particularly endearing companion who will bring great joy to a family capable of understanding his sensitivity and providing him with the emotional security he needs.
