Sally is a beautiful female Akita Inu who immediately wins you over with her gentleness and affection for people. She is a wonderful dog—very kind, cuddly, and affectionate—who enjoys spending time with her family and is calm and peaceful at home. With her gentle nature and great sensitivity, she quickly forms a strong bond with the people who care for her.
Accustomed to having free access to the outdoors, Sally needs a home with a well-secured yard where she can enjoy time in the fresh air, just as she was used to in her previous home. Apartment living would not suit her.
Sally is house-trained and travels easily by car, which makes outings and activities with her future family a breeze.
However, like many dogs with their own sensitivities, Sally needs an environment tailored to her needs. She does not handle prolonged solitude well and should not be left alone for more than a few hours. When left alone for too long, she may whine, bark, or cause damage. A family that is present, available, and willing to meet her need for closeness will be essential to her well-being.
Sally must also be the only pet in the household. She does not get along with other dogs or cats.
