Cosette is a pretty European cat who is still discovering the world at her own pace. She’s very timid and needs reassurance, as well as continued socialization with gentle, patient people who are attentive to her needs. Behind her wariness lies a sensitive little kitty who deserves to find a home where she can finally feel safe.
This young lady is litter-trained, handles periods of solitude well, and gets along with other cats. At the shelter, she happily shares her bed with another cat, which shows how well she gets along with other felines and might even help her gain confidence in her future home.
However, Cosette has a few requirements for her happiness: she cannot live in an apartment and absolutely needs a house with a yard, where she can enjoy an environment better suited to her nature. She’s very sensitive, so she wouldn’t be a good fit for a home with young children, as she may hiss when she feels anxious or overwhelmed.
