ÉTOILE is a magnificent European cat who wants only one thing: to be given time to open up and reveal all the love he has to give.
He is a cat with a tender heart, but he needs to be shown that he can trust people. When faced with the unknown, he prefers to observe from his hiding spot rather than rush in. This is his way of protecting himself while he assesses the situation. Once he feels secure, he turns out to be an adorable, very affectionate companion who wants nothing more than to snuggle up against you.
His little quirks:
• An indoor home is perfectly fine for him—no need for a yard
• Sociable with other cats
• Prefers to avoid the company of dogs
• Comfortable with calm children who respect his need for peace and quiet
• Knows how to enjoy moments of solitude—ideal if you’re away for work
ÉTOILE will thrive with patient, calm adopters who are willing to respect his pace and not rush the process of getting to know him. A dog-free home, possibly with another cat, where any children will understand and respect her sensitivity. An apartment would be perfect for this cat, who doesn’t need outdoor access to be happy.
