SUSHI, an adorable female European/Maine Coon cross, is a tender-hearted pussycat who needs gentleness, patience and a calm environment to blossom. Fearful at first sight, she turns out to be very endearing when you take the time to tame her. With a delicate approach, she readily accepts caresses and can become a very touching companion.

Her assets :
Sensitive and delicate, she appreciates slow, reassuring strokes.
Very greedy - a real little motor for bonding with her.
Playful - once confident, she loves to interact and share playful moments.
Clean - she uses her litter properly in a stable environment.
Solitude tolerant - she can be left alone without difficulty.
At ease in transport - she handles car journeys well.

Points for attention :
Fearful: needs a calm home, without excessive agitation.
Variable sociability with cats and children: she has lived with children and several cats, but these contexts have sometimes generated stress.
She needs a special diet: Hills d/d.

Her ideal environment :
A calm home with patient, caring people.
Outdoor access not essential: she's been in the garden, but could adapt to a serene apartment.
Gentle, respectful adopters willing to give her time to open up.
Not too many animals: a home with few or no other cats would be preferable for her balance.

SUSHI is a discreet little gem who just wants to be understood and loved at her own pace. Behind her shyness lies a great sensitivity and a sincere need for security. If you love gentle, delicate animals, and would like to offer a second chance to a cat who's just waiting for a reassuring cocoon, SUSHI could be just what you're looking for.

Adoption only possible with an "permit to keep animals" if you live in Wallonia.
