Clean and independent: he's perfectly accustomed to the litter box and knows how to stay on his own without a problem.
Accustomed to transport: car journeys are no problem for him.

His needs
Simba needs a garden, as he loves to enjoy the outdoors. He's never lived in an apartment, so a home with secure access to the outdoors will be essential for his well-being.
As for dogs, we don't yet know if he'll accept them, but he's very tolerant of cats.
