AXEL is a magnificent European cat with deep eyes and a discreet personality. This handsome, still-shy male is patiently waiting for a caring family to offer him a reassuring home.
AXEL is a clean, calm cat who can be left alone without difficulty. He gets on well with his fellow felines, which could enable him to flourish alongside another gentle, well-balanced cat. He accepts petting, but needs time and respect to feel fully at ease.
Because of his sensitivity, AXEL will not be at ease in a noisy or agitated environment. It is therefore preferable for him to join a home without young children, to preserve his peace and quiet.
Car journeys can be a source of stress for him. A gradual adaptation or soothing solutions can be envisaged.
We don't yet know whether he needs outside access. His behavior will surely evolve with time and trust. A calm environment, where he can explore in complete safety, may be just what he needs.
AXEL is looking for a gentle, patient family who will respect his rhythm. A home without young children, possibly with another sociable cat, would be perfect to give him the stability he needs. At his own pace, he'll be able to offer his soothing presence and discreet tenderness.
