His name is VAN GOGH, like the artist, and he too has weathered many storms before revealing all the beauty of his soul.
This male European cat, with his semi-long coat and deep eyes, wandered the streets alone for a long time, until he was found in front of an empty house, weakened but full of hope.
Today, VAN GOGH has made a full recovery, but remains a carrier of FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), which means he will have to live exclusively indoors (possibly with other cats carrying the disease).
This doesn't stop him from being a gentle, calm and incredibly affectionate companion. He loves to be cuddled, petted, brushed and massaged.
Despite his difficult past, he holds no grudges: all he wants is to love and be loved.
He's very clean and independent. He tolerates solitude, but appreciates a tender, cuddly presence. He's fine with children, as long as they're calm and respectful of his space.
VAN GOGH is adorable and cuddly, and loves moments of tenderness. His medium-length coat is easy to care for and pleasant to brush.
He has no garden or outdoor access (FIV+), so apartment living is highly recommended. Compatibility with dogs and transport to be assessed.
VAN GOGH is looking for a patient, gentle and loving family, ready to offer him a peaceful indoor life. Adopters sensitive to his story, who will offer him comfort, security and affection.
He deserves to end his days surrounded by human warmth, in a cocoon where he can finally rest and blossom.
Adoption only possible with an "permit to keep animals".
